trust the seeds you're planting
Since coming home from Asia, it's been kind of a whirlwind of projects and work, per usual. This blog post is going to be a bit more all over the place than usual, because I am just trying to cram in some last minute activities before going on another big advetnure soon.
This month so far, one of the most notable was going to St. Pete, FL for the week with Mike to talent wrangle for a new Paul Rudd movie, the Statement! We did get to enjoy St. Pete a little bit while we were on breaks or in the evenings. I especially liked running across the street to the beach on my lunch breaks.
We also went back to the park another day to go find some dolphins, and they ended up swimming up right next to us!
I didn't realize St Pete was such a foodie place! We also had some delicious food at the Neon Lunchbox, with it's retro vibes and delicious food it was a great place to stop for a meal.
Back in Orlando, another delicious meal I had was finally getting to eat at Disney Springs Summerhouse for Makenna's birthday.
We almost completely missed celebrating Easter this year because most of our time has been preoccupied driving to St. Pete, but we were home for a quick second to do Easter baskets, and the bunnies in our backyard actually made an appearance for the day!
One of the more fulfilling jobs I did with Disney this month was Disney Dreamer Academy, where kids from all over the country come for a weekend long mentorship program for immersive career workshops. It was really cool following the kids around with our cameras seeing the world through their eyes as they pursue their dreams.
One of my other favorite projects I worked on was AD-ing a Banana Boat commercial on a farm with a dog and chickens! This was not my only dog fix this month. I also dog sat my precious little angel babies, and got to snuggle my baby Milo for a week.Mike and I also went to Magic Kingdom to try out the new Buzz Lightyear updates, which was fun, but I was sad I don't know where all the big targets are anymore.
We also somehow ended up finding ourselves at SeaWorld again for some concerts this year. Connor Price concert was so good!I had a fun sister date with Bethany to Ocoee, where we picked blueberries at Tom West Blueberries You Pick farm.
After we were full of blueberries, we headed to the Ocoee bookshop, where the best moment of my day was when the book shop kitty curled up in my lap to take a nap.
We were hungry again by this point so it was time for tacos and donuts.
We ended our day with a visit to H Mart, which is a giant Asaian grocery store, where we took sticky pics had some tasty juices.Something extremely exciting is happening, where I got asked to 2nd AD my very first feature film! This one is taking place in Bentonville, Arkansas, where I leave for the month to work with some well known actors to bring a fun storyline to life! So anyone with any Arkansas suggestions, hit me up!
