So I know you have all been patiently awaiting this big news but, there were a lot of moving pieces and paperwork before we could officially announce it. We bought a house!! We are so excited to begin this next chapter of our beautiful adventure together, but boy is it scary! Since we returned back to Orlando, around August we began the house hunting process. Luckily we had my sisters coworkers to help us along the way at Wemert Reality Group . Our relator Ashley Murphy was very patient with us as we decided which neighbourhood to narrow our searches down into. Our mortgage lender Jocelyn Christiansen at Home1st Lending was super helpful with all of our weird foreign income and signing paperwork with terrible cruise ship Wi-Fi. In the end, the team all came together to find us the perfect 3bedroom 2bathroom, 1500 square foot home in Kissimmee, near Disney.  The whole process was super fast, and we were in and approved for our home after our initial offer in less than two weeks.
