turkey, pie, and no politics

 Somehow it's been a year since I started working at Universal! There was a little ceremony me and my seasonal buddies got to be celebrated at where we received our one year minion pins. Congrats to all my team members and thank you Uni! I also got my free turkey from working at Universal, which was the perfect timing for Thanksgiving! Mike worked on Thanksgiving, but I spent the morning watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (my favorite part of the day) at Bethany's while we defrosted the turkey in a big bucket of water. We cooked up a delicious meal though and Mike was able to join us after work. All in all it was a great night, and I am thankful to my sister for opening her home up to us.  With Thanksgiving officially complete, it was time to move on to Christmas. I sang in my first ever Epcot Candlelight on Nov 29 with Constance Wu as the celebrity narrator. so many people have inspired me to be nothing like them {MSC World America}

  After I got off the Disney Destiny ship, Mike and I drove immediately to Miami cruise port so I could go on the next job, the MSC World America ship .  I had to be one of the first people from the crew on this ship to make sure all the crew and talent made it on board, but I am super grateful to Mike for driving all day to make sure I got there on time dropped off and ready to go.  After everyone got on board, we made sure we did our muster stations before finding some lunch at the little cafe downstairs. This place ended up being my fav lunch spots with wings, burgers, pizza, nachos, and more.  After lunch it was time to check out my room. I was lucky to be given a balcony and although I was on the 16th floor, I didn’t feel a lot of the ship movement. My only complaint was whatever was above me at 6am started being really noisy every day and would often wake me up.
