i know what i bring to the table, i brought the table.

Some magical news on my end, finally after what felt like years of waiting and trying, I am very excited to announce I will be back with Disney seasonally in a new role with the Broadcast and Visual Media Team as a Production Assistant.

I am extremely excited to once again be a WDW Cast Member, and joining a team that I feel like really fits what I have been striving toward with production. One day I came home and was surprised with a really sweet souvenir box from my new team!

Since I have 5000 jobs, this does mean sacrifice on my end. I did have to leave my SeaWorld scheduling and Finance position. After a full year and a half of lunches and carpooling with Mike, I was very sad to leave my favorite co-worker behind.
It was also very sad to leave my lovely coworkers who bought me this hilarious cake, but it was time.
I am thankful for my time and my growth at SeaWorld, but between seasonal hours at Universal and now Disney filling in the gaps between productions, I am still just so busy. I have been very fortunate to get to AD on a few more projects, and while I feel like I am still learning, I do also feel more and more confident with it.

I have also PA-ed on a few projects recently and had a fun time getting to jump in front of the camera a few times too.

Mike has a little more free time than me, but honestly not much these days. He often helps out with filming also. In his "free morning time", Mike ran the Disney 10k, and he had such a good time taking his time on this one and meeting the characters, and just sort of feeling the Disney vibes.

I was super proud of him, and even got up at the crack of dawn to watch him cross the finish line.

I helped a lot by taking a little nap in the car while Mike worked out.
But, way to go to this man for making some memories!
I have always said one of the best parts about living in Orlando is that you get a lot of visitors. I have loved having some catch up time with these wonderful faces.
Trista and Christy from HK!
My Lily girl!
Stephanie came and stayed with her family at this magical Air BNB.
and Jesse who lives down the street but also is always on a plane flying somewhere else that half the time it doesn't feel like he lives here.
My mom also came down for about two weeks for a visit, so I got to spend some time with her and the Smiths, which was very nice.
I also did quite a few jobs downtown this week so I got to spend a lot of time with these weirdos-
