be like humpty dumpty and have a great Fall!

It is spooky season, and there is finally a chill in the air here in Orlando. This year, I have actually gone to Halloween Horror Nights multiple times AND even went into the houses! I have actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would!

And, as always, the food was my priority, so I had to try the smash tacos, and they were amazing.

The Coconut Club is always worth a stop in to see the incredible decor and theme they have going on.
On actual Halloween, my family was here and we hung out at my sister Emily's house. We got to take my nephew trick or treating and hand out candy, which was so fun cause they actually get a lot of trick or treaters in their neighborhood.

Mike and I also went to a Halloween themed Milk Mart, a food and art festival, and had a great time! The best part was not only the dogs around, but the goats!!

We also celebrated Oktoberfest this year by visiting the popular festival in Casselberry! It thunder stormed like crazy while we were there, but once the rain settled, seeing the kids come together in their lederhosen to splash in the mud was so cute. The food was absolutely incredible, and we are big German food fans. There was non-stop music and merriment, and we actually had a really good time.

A super cute little spooky spot in Orlando that I have been meaning to get to was Voodoo Bayou, and I finally made it there with some Disney co-workers, and loved it! The venue, the food, the drinks, everything was worth the visit!
My coworkers and I also made it a little late for the Fall menu at Jeff's Bagels, but the Christmas menu is looking promising!

We also finally made it to BJ's for a spooky piezookie!! I have been wanting this forever and it was very decadent and almost too much for just 2 people, but so good.
Another cute little date Mike and I went on was taking some food to the park before we went to see End Game re-released in theaters.
One of the coolest things about the movie was before it plays, an ad played that I AD'd and my hand was talent in!
Work has been busy, but one of the more exciting jobs this month was getting to stay in Gainsville, where I got to visit my niece Ailey who's a student at UF! She showed me around campus and we grabbed some pizza from Satchel's.
I also was double dipping a lot this month since I will be gone for a while, and let me tell you, I was TIREEDDD, but boy do I love my job.

When I am not working, I have been playing darts with some work folks once every few weeks, and if anyone has any tips for getting really good at darts really fast, my inbox is open, haha.
Hilary's family made it down to Orlando this Fall, and we had the best time getting to hang out with them! We of course did a Disney day. It was the best getting to take my nephew to Epcot and Animal Kingdom for the first time.

Big news! The Tompkins Girls officially have all been inked! Getting a tattoo as a performer was always looked down upon, but now that I am not really performing any more, it was time to rip off the bandaid...or I guess, put on the bandaid while it heals. Either way, we are bonded for life (yes we were already bonded for life).
Thanks Old Florida Electric Company and Will!
We had a early Thanksgiving, which I was excited for since I would be missing Thanksgiving in America this year.

It was just nice to get to see and hang out with family.

One of thee most exciting things happening this upcoming month is I am heading to the UK for about a month to meet my best friend Amy's new little bundle of joy!!
I will have SO much to share after this trip so be sure to tune in to the next blog post!!
